Le siguen Chiapas, Jalisco, Veracruz, Oaxaca y Campeche, estados que tambi\u00e9n contribuyen significativamente a esta dulce industria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:369\">La miel mexicana no solo destaca por su sabor, sino tambi\u00e9n por sus m\u00faltiples beneficios para la salud. Es una fuente de carbohidratos, antioxidantes y compuestos antibacterianos que fortalecen el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico. Adem\u00e1s, alivia la tos y la irritaci\u00f3n de garganta, y favorece la relajaci\u00f3n gracias a la melatonina y la serotonina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:360\">La calidad de la miel mexicana la ha convertido en un producto muy demandado a nivel internacional. En 2023, se export\u00f3 el 38.5% de la producci\u00f3n, generando ingresos por m\u00e1s de 67 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"
