Conocer las obligaciones de estos proveedores puede evitarte contratiempos y asegurar una experiencia placentera.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:206\">Profeco enfatiza que, si bien las agencias act\u00faan como intermediarias, no pueden deslindarse de su responsabilidad ante cualquier problema. Por ello, deben cumplir con una serie de requisitos fundamentales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:289\">Al contratar, la agencia debe entregarte una copia del contrato celebrado con el prestador final del servicio, incluyendo su sello o membrete con todos sus datos de identificaci\u00f3n.
