Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT) ha revelado que la elecci\u00f3n de las primeras cuatro rutas para el proyecto nacional del Tren de Pasajeros se bas\u00f3 en criterios de alta demanda de usuarios y la necesidad de fortalecer polos regionales de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"3:1-3:504\">As\u00ed lo afirm\u00f3 Andr\u00e9s Lajous, titular de la Agencia Reguladora del Transporte Ferroviario (ARTF).\u00a0&#8220;Estamos comenzando por los trayectos que registran una demanda m\u00e1s sustantiva y que, por s\u00ed solos, pueden ponerse en operaci\u00f3n sin depender de la conclusi\u00f3n de toda la red nacional&#8221; explic\u00f3 Lajous.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:327\">Las rutas seleccionadas para esta primera fase son: AIFA-Pachuca, M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro, Quer\u00e9taro-Irapuato y Saltillo-Nuevo Laredo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:327\">Esta ambiciosa etapa representa una inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica de 80 mil millones de pesos y forma parte de un plan ferroviario m\u00e1s amplio que conectar\u00e1 la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con Nuevo Laredo y Nogales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"13:1-13:222\">En cuanto al progreso del proyecto, las obras en las rutas M\u00e9xico-Pachuca y M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro ya han comenzado, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Agrupamiento de Ingenieros \u201cFelipe \u00c1ngeles\u201d de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:224\">Para los tramos Quer\u00e9taro-Irapuato y Saltillo-Nuevo Laredo, las convocatorias de licitaci\u00f3n fueron publicadas esta semana, con procesos que iniciar\u00e1n en junio y cuyos resultados se esperan para la cuarta semana de julio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"17:1-17:203\">Se tiene previsto que la ruta M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro concluya a finales de ese mismo a\u00f1o, y los tramos Quer\u00e9taro-Irapuato y
