Con 359 votos a favor de Morena y sus aliados el Partido del Trabajo <strong>(PT)<\/strong> y el Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico <strong>(PVEM)<\/strong> y 135 votos en contra de la oposici\u00f3n, el dictamen avanza hacia su discusi\u00f3n en el Senado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reforma, presentada en un paquete de 20 cambios constitucionales en febrero de este a\u00f1o, trae modificaciones significativas en la estructura y funcionamiento del Poder Judicial. Entre los cambios m\u00e1s destacados se encuentran:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Reducci\u00f3n del n\u00famero de ministros de la SCJN:<\/strong> De 11 a 9 ministros, con un periodo de encargo que se reduce de 15 a 12 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elecciones populares para el Poder Judicial:<\/strong> Se prev\u00e9n dos elecciones para la renovaci\u00f3n de los cargos del Poder Judicial. La primera, extraordinaria, est\u00e1 programada para junio de 2025 y la segunda en 2027.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Eliminaci\u00f3n de pensi\u00f3n vitalicia para ministros:<\/strong> Tanto para los actuales como futuros ministros de la Corte, con un ajuste de sus remuneraciones al m\u00e1ximo tope establecido para el presidente de M\u00e9xico.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Reestructuraci\u00f3n interna de la Suprema Corte:<\/strong> Se eliminar\u00e1n las dos salas con las que actualmente cuenta y se sustituir\u00e1 el Consejo de la Judicatura Federal por dos nuevas instituciones, una de ellas, un Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El debate en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados se extendi\u00f3 por m\u00e1s de 10 horas en una sede alterna, debido a los enfrentamientos pol\u00edticos y maniobras de la oposici\u00f3n para retrasar la sesi\u00f3n. A pesar de los desacuerdos, la mayor\u00eda calificada de Morena y sus aliados se impusieron. Esto les permite modificar la Constituci\u00f3n sin necesidad de consenso de otras fuerzas pol\u00edticas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de la aprobaci\u00f3n en lo general, la C\u00e1mara de Diputados ha iniciado el debate en lo particular, se espera que la reforma quede totalmente aprobada en las pr\u00f3ximas horas. Luego, el dictamen ser\u00e1 enviado al Senado para su an\u00e1lisis y discusi\u00f3n.
