di\u00e1logo constante con comunidades cercanas a los nuevos proyectos de trenes de pasajeros del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (Sedatu), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT), la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) y la Agencia Reguladora del Transporte Ferroviario (ARTF), realiza asambleas con familias asentadas en el derecho de v\u00eda, atendiendo sus necesidades y ofreciendo beneficios sociales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYa que est\u00e1 el desarrollo del tren, aprovechamos para que haya caminos o beneficios sociales\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Sheinbaum durante la Ma\u00f1anera Pueblo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La subsecretaria Griselda Mart\u00ednez V\u00e1zquez explic\u00f3 que cada familia recibe atenci\u00f3n directa, seg\u00fan su situaci\u00f3n social y jur\u00eddica, para ofrecer certeza patrimonial y mejorar su calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los trenes de pasajeros en construcci\u00f3n con trabajo comunitario activo son:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Ciudad de M\u00e9xico \u2013 Pachuca<br \/>\n\u2022 Ciudad de M\u00e9xico \u2013 Quer\u00e9taro<br \/>\n\u2022 Quer\u00e9taro \u2013 Irapuato<br \/>\n\u2022 Saltillo \u2013 Nuevo Laredo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estos proyectos buscan ofrecer
