Tan solo en 2025, se destinar\u00e1n 36 mil 503 millones para fortalecer los 62 aeropuertos del pa\u00eds, con apoyo de recursos federales y privados. Esta inversi\u00f3n contempla la modernizaci\u00f3n y ampliaci\u00f3n de 10 terminales, entre ellas Puerto Escondido, Tepic, Monterrey, Guadalajara y Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<br><br>El crecimiento en transporte a\u00e9reo ha sido constante en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os. Hasta septiembre de 2025 se registraron 142 millones de pasajeros, y algunos aeropuertos reportaron incrementos importantes: Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con 23%, Canc\u00fan con 16%, Guadalajara con 10%, Monterrey con 8% y Tijuana con 7%. En el caso de carga, aeropuertos como Santa Luc\u00eda crecieron 32% y Quer\u00e9taro 7%, con m\u00e1s de 897 mil toneladas movilizadas en lo que va del a\u00f1o.<br><br>La SICT destac\u00f3 que esta estrategia fortalecer\u00e1 la conectividad a\u00e9rea nacional e internacional, mejorar\u00e1 la experiencia de los usuarios y permitir\u00e1 recibir a cerca de 5.5 millones de turistas durante la Copa Mundial de la FIFA 2026.
