Sin embargo, el municipio no cuenta con capacidad financiera para ejecutar estas obras, al tratarse de vialidades estatales y federales.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El alcalde tambi\u00e9n precis\u00f3 que El Marqu\u00e9s no tiene terrenos disponibles en Los H\u00e9roes para ofrecer a la federaci\u00f3n, ya sea para la estaci\u00f3n del tren o para servicios complementarios. A diferencia de otros municipios, como Quer\u00e9taro y San Juan del R\u00edo, no han recibido informaci\u00f3n oficial sobre el proyecto ni sobre el avance de las obras.<br \/><br \/>Hasta ahora, solo se ha sostenido una reuni\u00f3n operativa con autoridades militares para coordinar temas de movilidad, especialmente apoyo con personal municipal como bandereros en zonas donde se realizan trabajos. Monsalvo Castel\u00e1n asegur\u00f3 que no existe informaci\u00f3n adicional y que todo contin\u00faa \u201cmuy mesurado\u201d.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align:
