Sin embargo, la ministra Lenia Batres Guadarrama ha expresado su desacuerdo, argumentando que no se trata de una verdadera austeridad y que sigue siendo inconstitucional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:284\">Con esta reducci\u00f3n, el salario anual de los ministros pasar\u00e1 de 5.5 millones de pesos a 2.8 millones de pesos. Esta medida se suma a otras acciones de austeridad implementadas por la Corte, como la reducci\u00f3n del presupuesto y la eliminaci\u00f3n de ciertos conceptos en las remuneraciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:222\">La ministra presidenta, Norma Luc\u00eda Pi\u00f1a, destac\u00f3 que esta reducci\u00f3n se enmarca en una pol\u00edtica de racionalidad y austeridad, a pesar de los recortes presupuestarios realizados por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados en 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:45\">\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 Lenia Batres no est\u00e1 de acuerdo?\u00a0La ministra Batres argument\u00f3 que la reducci\u00f3n salarial no cumple con la ley y que los ministros seguir\u00e1n percibiendo una remuneraci\u00f3n mayor a la de la presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica.
