Desde el lunes 28 de octubre, se ha especulado sobre estas renuncias, generando cr\u00edticas en redes sociales. Sin embargo, Gerardo Fern\u00e1ndez Noro\u00f1a, presidente de la Mesa Directiva de la C\u00e1mara de Senadores, aclar\u00f3 que <strong>&#8220;no hay tal renuncia&#8221;<\/strong> por parte de los ministros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seg\u00fan Noro\u00f1a, los integrantes de la Suprema Corte simplemente han decidido no participar en el proceso de elecci\u00f3n de nuevos ministros, pero permanecer\u00e1n en sus cargos hasta agosto de 2025, a excepci\u00f3n de un mandato que culmina el 30 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La decisi\u00f3n de no participar en la elecci\u00f3n de ministros es significativa, ya que se espera que el proceso sea llevado a cabo mediante el voto de los ciudadanos.
